At NovaCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.
